SHIPPING POLICY

US Domestic Standard - (6-9 Business Days)

FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $500.00 or above, or $20 on orders under $500.00 

US Domestic Expedited & International - Shipping prices based on item size & destination. Price quote on shipping is available after item is added to cart. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

Bag Habits accepts all U.S. returns as long as items comply with the following guidelines: 

1.  All item(s), boxes and accessories must be returned in the original condition it was shipped, with the Bag Habits security tag attached in order to be eligible for a refund.

2.  All returns within the US are accepted when initiated through your Bag Habits account within seven (7) days of delivery (based on the orders tracking number). 

3. Once your return is approved, all item(s) must be shipped back to Bag Habits no later than 2 business days from when the prepaid return label was provided (based on the tracking number). If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the label will self void and will not be able to be used. Any returns shipped after two business days will be rejected and sent back. 

4. Any shipment fees from Bag Habits to the customer are non-refundable. For items under $500 USD, initial shipping costs and a return fee of $20 will be deducted from the total refund. If the item being returned is $500 or more, no return shipping fees will be charged. 

5. On receipt of the return, if the item is in compliance with the above guidelines you will be issued a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. 

Bag Habits does not accept international returns. If a international package is returned to the sender, the client will be responsible for all incurred fees. 

All Outlet items are Final Sale. Bag Habits Cancellation and Return Policies do not apply to outlet items.
